NZ Midwives free sample program

If you would like to sell our Weleda products. please contact our customer care team to request a wholesaler application form via weleda@weleda.co.nz.

To receive free samples you must be registered with Te Tatau o te Whare Kahu | Midwifery Council and have an active practicing status.

Samples must be supplied free of charge to clients in your midwife practice and not on-sold.

This campaign is open only to those who follow these entry rules, and who are legal residents of New Zealand aged over 18 years old as of the date of entry.

The campaign is subject to all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Weleda New Zealand as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Weleda New Zealand.

Weleda New Zealand reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants and their Midwife registration and practicing status, and to disqualify any applicant who submits an application that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Free samples are posted when available, without notice, and while stocks last.

Weleda is not liable for any adverse reactions, improper use or issues related to the use of the samples and recommends that you perform necessary tests or checks before use. Weleda is not responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the products.

Our products have an expiry date, and we advise you to check the dates before using them. If expired or damaged, please dispose of them appropriately.

Products (or any unused portions) are not transferable or exchangeable. Once they have left Weleda New Zealand's control and/or is in transit, Weleda New Zealand will not be liable for any loss, delays or damage to them.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Weleda New Zealand and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any samples or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the campaign; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the campaign or the processing of entries.

Weleda reserves the right to amend or update these terms & conditions.
